LAS VEGAS, NV — Cult-favorite burger chain In-N-Out Burger is preparing to open what is expected to be the largest restaurant in the company’s history on the Las Vegas Strip, restaurant and retail development sources say. The new location is part of the expansive BLVD Las Vegas complex, a mixed-use retail and entertainment destination slated to rise on 3755 Las Vegas Blvd. overlooking the Strip.
Situated on the third floor of BLVD Las Vegas, the In-N-Out will span more than 8,000 square feet of indoor space with an additional 2,500 square feet of outdoor patio seating. The venue’s location and expansive seating area are expected to draw both locals and the millions of tourists who visit the Strip each year.

Unlike most In-N-Out locations, which are known for relatively modest footprints and simple drive-thru or dine-in layouts, the new Las Vegas restaurant will feature ample dining space and sweeping views of the Strip’s dynamic landscape. Developers say the restaurant will keep the brand’s iconic red-and-white aesthetic while also offering a more comfortable and social environment for visitors.
BLVD Las Vegas, a 400,000-square-foot project that includes retail, entertainment, and a rooftop terrace, is already lined with other big-name tenants, including Adidas, H&M, Lululemon, and specialty dining venues. In-N-Out’s massive footprint is expected to serve as a major draw for visitors exploring the destination’s mix of experiences.
Construction is underway with completion targeted for early 2026, meaning the new In-N-Out may begin serving customers as soon as next year. With In-N-Out already a staple in Nevada, including several locations in the Las Vegas Valley, the Strip restaurant is poised to become a signature stop for fans of the beloved West Coast burger chain.
